All in stock items shipped within two to five business days of your
order being placed via FedEx or UPS Ground service (Monday through Friday)
within the continental United States. If an item is out of stock, or will be
delayed, you will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail.
4) WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may return merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of receipt,
in new unused condition. A return authorization number must accompany all

must be shipped prepaid.

RPK Luggage Online offer a lifetime warranty by the manufacturer against
all manufacturer defects (does not include airline abuse, natural wear and

7) WHAT IF THE ITEMS I ORDERED ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Once the product is returned to us, only orders that are damaged or an
incorrect product will be issued a full refund with the applicable taxes and
